We set it up in your own account. We use an established AI receptionist service and set it up under your name, so you own it and can cancel it anytime.
The AI answers the calls you miss. It answers common questions and takes the caller's details or booking request, and you get a text with them right away. Texting callers back is available on higher plans.
We test it, then hand it over. We place a test call and send you a short video walkthrough. If the test lead doesn't reach you, we refund you.

Do I need to be good with tech?

No. You fill out one form, and we handle the setup and send you a short video showing how it works.

Will it sound like a robot?

It's a modern AI voice that tells callers it's your assistant. You approve the greeting and the answers before it goes live.

Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. In most setups, unanswered calls forward from your current number. We'll walk you through the one setting with your carrier.

Who owns the account?

You do. Everything is created under your name and billing, so you can cancel anytime.

Can it text my customers?

It only texts people who just called you, in reply to that call. US carriers require business texting to be registered. We use providers that handle this, and we'll tell you if your setup needs extra time for registration.

Is there a contract?

No. Setup is a one-time fee, and the Care plan is month to month.

What if I need to talk to a person?

Privacy

We only use the information you send us to deliver your order. We never sell it. Your call and customer data stay in your own receptionist account. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see your card number. To have your data deleted, email hello@digitalscale.ai.
